Eligibility for Return

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return is not accepted if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

🔄 Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues or defective items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of a wrong or faulty product, you will pay delivery charges 20 AED
